How to Update Your Payment Information

To avoid any interruptions in your subscription please update your card information:

If you are enrolled in a Thriving Students Online Course (Thriving School Psychologist, How to Teach Executive Functioning, How to Teach Coping Skills etc.) please log in here and follow these directions:

  1. After logging in, click on the Customer Avatar in the top right corner of the page.
  2. Then, select Settings from the dropdown.
  3. Click Billing Info in the top right corner of the page.
  4. Click … next to your card information.
  5. Select Replace.
  6. Complete the replace card prompt.
  7. Then, click Update to apply and keep their changes

If you are enrolled in the Thriving School Psychologist Alumni Lounge, please log in here and follow these directions:

  1. Click on your profile icon in the upper right on the header.
  2. Select Account from the dropdown
  3. Click on Subscription
  4. Update your information for the correct subscription.

If you are enrolled in Thrive Hive TV, please log in here and follow these directions:

  1. Click on your profile icon
  2. Select Billing
  3. Update your information
